Roadwater Performance Club was set up in February 2009 to give aspiring local artists a friendly and supportive environment to perform in, where they can meet up with like-minded people, inspire and be inspired.
Club events are held at the Roadwater Village Hall quarterly (see calendar page for details). The club has a good PA system, with mics, a condenser mic and foldback, and there is also a well stocked bar!
The club is open to anyone wanting to perform – poets, singers, players, dancers – all levels and genres are welcome.
Club nights are very popular attracting new and experienced performers. First time performers are especially welcome. There is also usually a guest act or an extended spot (opportunity for regular performers to showcase their talent).
Entrance is £2 (children under 16 free).
Performers are advised to book their spot or take a chance and arrive early on the night.
The success of the Roadwater Performance Club depends on the many people who contribute their time to making it work- performers, audience and helpers, without whom there would be no club so THANK YOU!
